both great watches, but the sub has the superior bracelet with the glide lock and of course the GMT has an extra time zone

I am well aware of the other differences in the watches. All good info though.

I've never had the chance to see both in the flesh side by side. They look very similar but I'd like to see them next to each other. Interesting about the depth of the caseback.
