Seller babypup310 (28) ... seller has 0 sales ...

The seller says this is a 79174 but the case is marked 18k.
The crown doesn't look right.
The seller says the dial is mother-of-pearl (but obviously it isn't).
Also, I've never seen diamonds with tritium dots.
What about the bracelet?

Unfortunately you have a fake/counterfeit/replica Rolex. If you have any doubts, compare the watch with images at rolex.com.

It is against eBay policy (and US law) to sell counterfeit/replica items. It doesn't matter if you claim that it's real, that it's not real, or that you don't know.
