Why not give them a call and ask?

Hoping to get the call to go pick mine up from a little regulating next week. If I do I'll ask them...

I had my sea dweller serviced at Kent Uk in June. Was away for 16 days, 7 hours and 34 mins. Not that i was counting or anything.

My dropped Big Block was 7 weeks and my Dad's tt Datejust (service and polish) was around 5 weeks. £355 and £650 respectively. Resized my GW bracelet for free. Impeccable service. Hope this helps

Thanks all - it sounds as though their claimed time is being delivered in reality (I was concerned that the claim may have been 'optimistic')

The service times in the UK used to be awful. Pushing 20 weeks sometimes. Since they moved to the new service centre things have been a lot better. The last watch I had done was about 18 months ago and it took about 6 weeks.
