ROLEX Glidelock - Fake or Real

Could someone tell me if this glide lock appears to be fake or real. I found this and at a decent price of $300.

From what I can tell just looking at this a little more is that the rolex engraving is to light compared to the other clasps I have seen. Other than that I can't really tell them apart.
