Taking the GMT to Makapu置 Tidepools
Just wanted to check in with the experts that salt water shouldn't damage the bracelet or anything of the sort correct? Will post pictures after tomorrows trip!

How old is your GMT? Has it been recently serviced?
More importantly, how are your boogie board/body surfing skills? It is Makapu... The salt water will not damage it, just rinse it off well in fresh water once out of the ocean. Only concern would be are your gaskets/seels good. That is why I asked you about your GMT. I just got back from Hawaii and did a lot of swimming out in Waimanalo with my Sub LV. |

GMT is less than a month old hasnt been serviced yet was going to wait until I come back from my deployment for its first servicing. Lol as for the spelling everything google comes up with has two U's. I was planning on taking bottle water and rinsing it off thoroughly once we were done.

Just wear it, and keep it when you shower back at your hotel. No need to spoil bottled spring water. It's a Rolex, it's built like a tank.

Nice shots. Not sure I'd take my watch off and leave it on the lava rock though

So after this I was passing by my AD so I stopped in so that they could wash it for me and noticed I scratched up the clasp pretty good so now that thats out of the way the babying can stop! The silver lining I got to see some really beautiful watches im thinking either the smurf or the daytona for my next piece. Sorry for the picture overload it was an exciting day!!
