I'm a geologist, wear a 216570 Polar dial pretty much every day. I've found it to be an amazing travel companion.

I was going to tell everyone I work in finance but now that just feels lame. Saw a B2 fly by at an airshow once and it was a sight to behold. Thank you for your service.

My Rolex History
I’m a surgeon. My first Rolex was a stainless and gold Datejust I received for my college graduation in 1983. I still own and wear it. I have owned a few Rolex 18K Day Dates since I was 37 in 1999. Currently I’m trying to build a hybrid. I bought a 18k bark President bracelet I would like to put on an 18K Daytona.

I'm a 43 year old employment lawyer (defense side), and own a SS Submariner bought in 2015. At the time I bought it, Rolex SS models were widely available. I walked into the AD in Michigan, negotiated a $750 price reduction and walked out with it. The only difficult decision to make was whether to get date or no date.
In 2016, I bought a 50th Anniversary Sub, used, for $6,500. I sold that one several months ago. Next planned purchase for me is a Rolex Explorer II, 42mm model. |
