I don't think so, I tried to change my RC bezel with a ceramic one (last year), they told me it was impossible...
Try, maybe you'll be luckier than me ;) |

if you buy a 42 with ceramic bezel and ask a watchmaker to make the switch yes, if not don't see that happening, I even had a few problems switching my black strap to a blue one, so bezel no way...

Buemi has ceramic bezel.
I asked for a switch once and was told absolutely not, and I like to think I am a pretty good customer. |

AP is pretty stubborn about this. I think they are afraid letting customers do so will cannibalize sales of their more expensive models that feature such bezels. |

I say you are totally right on both counts, about the bezel I think it would be great if they made all 42mm pieces with the ceramic one but as you say it's more reserved for their expensive models as they know this is a feature that buyers really like, if they put them on all 42's the 44 sales might go down, and they're not only stubborn about this, the AP showroom refused to sell me the blue strap for diver, they said they have orders not to denature the watches, I call it better them...

Buemi is a very nice watch. Tough to find in the market. Ginza also ceramic bezel.

Doha too, but the best on is yet to come. Ceramic bezel on 42mm SS case (like Rubberclad). I'll get all dials as I can't get the 44mm versions

Ops. Thought edit worked. Any ways I might swith to a non ceramic bezel. The 42mm are just stunning and some might not work with ceramic. Needed to see them in person to figure that out
