Awesome Service RSC NYC...
Playing with my daughter I banged my BlackBay and lost the Pearl (lume dot) by the 12 o'clock. I asked around in a few AD and watch shops and I got quoted from $50 to $85, which I was ok to pay. But decided to ask at the RSC and check their customer service, prices and the overall experience.
It was awesome, within 15min I was out with a new lume dot on my BB and completely free. Ashlie the lady who assisted me wrapped my BB in a Tudor cleaning cloth inside a Tudor pouch since I was wearing my Sub. Simply a great experience.... Lume dot missing. BB back like new, for free... Good for you. NYC RSC fixed my 6 month out of warranty GMT free of charge. It needed a complete movement overhaul. I have no complaints with them.

Whenever I see RSC posts I am saddened by all of the negative experiences; glad to hear of a success story!!

I've had excellent experiences with RSC NYC in the past.
When I brought in my TT DJ for service and was upgraded to a PlatinumDD ,free of charge, I was flabbergasted |

Good to hear as you always here bad about NYC. Did you have your warranty card with you or did they just take it back and fix it?
