I would say Hong Kong, one of the largest AD cities for Rolex and Tudor and also great discount and prices there.

I'll second Buenos Aires. Think Paris, yet full of Italians. That's BA.
You'll find every watch brand there, so naturally you'll find Rolex. The dollar goes a long way, the food is off the charts, and there's a lot to do both in BA and the surrounding region. You have the beaches in Mar del Plata. You can take a 2-hour flight to Mendoza, which is the Argentina wine country. It's gorgeous, and Mendoza has the most spectacular city park I've ever seen. You can also take the ferry across to Uruguay, and stay a few days in Punta del Este. It's really quite a place.

not too sure mate.... I do know of a place not to go if you are lookin for Rollies... Zanzibar (Tanzania, Africa) I was just there on honeymoon... and not a Rolex in sight... cum to think of it... I actually didn't see any watch shops at all!!!!!! :-)
