response from seller

[shortened]
Who made you the watch expert on E-bay? I promise you 90% of the things you sell on E-bay are counterfeits and the mere reason that you feel cheated, and charge astronomical prices does not change what your goods are. I, like anyone else am trying to sell this watch, As far as I'm concerned its as authentic and even better looking than the items such people like you or other sellers on E-bay charge100 times more for.

I have every intent to sell this item, I have started the auction at a very low price, and I am sure people who are bidding on it have a tacit understanding of it and most likely wanting to get a great deal. My loss and being ill informed is someone elses' gain.

In the mobile app, More Like This gives you a murderers row of nasty garbage replicas. I don't think eBay is even trying anymore.

You should forward that to eBay.

My email to him.......

Heres what I sent

Your watch is a fake turd and it will get pulled from the auction process. I saw the email reply you made to one of Rolex forum friends and it only confirms you are a thief and crooked as hell. We are reporting your fake on many occasions and your admission email reply will be forwarded as proof of your intent. Just so you are aware, should you do something ill advised like accepting electronic payment via paypal or wire transfer, you will be committing wire fraud which elevates you to a new level of Fraud. It's a Federal Offense punishable by up to 20 years. So, with all that being said, good luck with your attempt to defraud someone. It ain't gonna happen without a fight from many of us that patrol these auctions looking for ding dongs just like you.

gone! I wonder if ebay monitors the messages of suspect accounts and took action after this clown became abusive.

I have no idea Chris but they should see some of this stuff in my opinion. This guy is unbalanced and clearly an unsavory character who must of had bad dealings with the particular religious group he ranted against. I'm completely baffled as to why he took that path as there was absolutely nothing prior to his reply that would have indicated that extremely anti Semitic and foul rant was coming. Truly pitiful that there are people like that in this world. Those are the guys I take extreme pleasure in shutting down. That guy needs to have a one car, one person accident.

I sometimes get similar unbalanced, hateful messages. It's sad that a few people want to scam others and that they are so full of hate that they just explode when frustrated (by honest people calling them on a scam).

Keep up the good work.

I refreshed a few times and have nearly moved him to page 1 for this thread.
Quick, everyone Google and refresh that link to this thread.

Litigation that he initiated dismissed for failure to prosecute and follow court's orders.

It's almost inconceivable a business person can be so idiotic.

Not much legal common sense for a guy peddling four pages law exam manuals and books and a bunch of junk.

So I take it that a moderator removed all of his abusive anti-Semitic rantings? I know that typically this isn't the type of forum to post that type of stuff, but a guy like that deserves to have his mental state known. I certainly hope I didn't offend anyone, that wasn't my intent. The intent was to make certain he was exposed for who he truly is and for people to walk a wide circle around this clown.

I admit that when I received his abusive emails last night I was tired and didn't bother google him but it looks like others have and he has a legacy of of this kind of behavior. I took a look thru his other junk on eBay and it appears he either tried to go to law school or did go and failed the bar exam. Now all of his law books and tapes are for sale. Mixed in with the law stuff are several old junky watches and sunglasses but the one thing that made me giggle was the listing for a single old hubcap for a Ford car in the 60's. This guy has more than a screw loose.

You take it right and whenever we see language like that posted here I can guarantee you we will remove it.

Absolutely right. That kind of language is way beyond what's acceptable on TRF, and the fact that you were quoting from somewhere/someone else doesn't make it ok. Anyone using that kind of language directly on forum would be out of here without a second thought. Saying that "a guy like that deserves to have his mental state known" is no excuse.
