The smurf for me any day of the week.
Precious metal, with that blue dial is a winner.
Aesthetics and durability are both a step up IMO with the Smurf.

Naw, it's IMO the coolest sub around, just love that blue, if gold didn't weigh a ton I might have gotten it 2 years ago, but just too damn heavy, but in the WG sport watch section it's probably the or one of the coolest pieces available, I find it very nice, just can't deal with the weight and lack of comfort of the SS model so the WG no way...

Yeah but horologically is clearly a step down...

Not really since he needs to flip one to get the other…

In fact if your FC case doesn't wear off on the sharp edges and is holding fine then I would keep the FC, if it is wearing off and you can handle the WG sub weight then I would get the sub

Oh man that is a tough one...I didn't even vote in the poll because I have no idea what I would do. Either way as Brett said, you win either way!

Oh and go Pats!

Interesting, although initially the FC44 was killing the Smurf in the poll, the Smurf did rally a bit.

I do like the Smurf and can easily pull of the weight, and I do think it would actually make a decent daily as most don't realize it's PM.

However, I will not be making the deal. I just like the FC44 too much at this point and although I'm always on the hunt for "the next one" this deal just doesn't make sense for me.

I just have to figure out a different route to the Smurf (maybe give up the diver plus cash....)

As always, thank you to all for your input. This is why I spend waaaay to much time on this forum

Not if you like blue dials, WG and the sub design, I really like it but really the weight is too much for me to handle, but in the sub department in terms of looks this is clearly my favorite

Good call, yes selling the diver and add cash is a good idea, you would have the FC and the coolest sub available IMO, that would make an awesome duo if you ask me, as much as I like the diver I would definitely prefer the sub over it, if it was ceramic diver no but SS yes

I personally LOVE blue dials, WG, heavier watches and the Sub, but would NEVER make that trade. If the 3oz is that heavy for u, u could always take the bracelet off and tie it to your wrist w a string.
