Mine has a hole like that, and it came from an AD and was regulated by the RSC. As for the seconds hand, I think it is the angle of the watch.

It still looks good to me but I am on my iPad mini. I think it's just light and angles.

RSC replaced the lume dot and William Barthman (an AD quoted me $85 to replace the bezel) I doubt that a RSC watchmaker would have touched a fake. Anyway, sending a few more pics, I bought it from a trusted seller. Expat, do you recommend bringing it again for the sole purpose to check the movement and authenticity? That is the pearl RSC replace it with, they did it as a favor and did not replace the bezel. I know is missing the cup, but beggars can't be choosers. Here is an older pic before the lume dot fell. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

It's 100 percent fake I'm afraid evwn the inside edge of the insert is round it should be flat.the hands should have creamy lume. But I'll say no more and let you sort it out

Good luck hopefully u get your money back.also ads are not that savvy and may not know the difference.I know in my local ad they could not tell a fake from a real one ,But RSC will tell u in a heartbeat

Took the watch to an AD William Barthman in NYC and the watchmaker inspected it, and said is all good. I'm not sure if variations you see are from one year to another of production. However, I doubt 2 watchmakers 1 from RSC and another from a Rolex/Tudor AD will not immediately recognized a fake. Thank you for your observations but I would advise next time be 100% sure before posting something in a public forum.
Here is a bit of candy for the eye, while waiting. Blue Pelagos is awesome by the way! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Three previous threads that you have started about the Black Bay have been locked, let's not close this one, too. |

Did the watch come with a complete kit, box and papers? I do not think an AD would be able to tell the difference.

Looks fine to me except that detail in the center. If I owned one I would definitely take it to a third dealer to have it checked

In comparison to mine it looks fine. I believe it to be the angle of the shot. Hands stack is clearer on the most recent images and step from small to big as mentioned.

So after going to an AD yesterday, and still getting an "is 100 percent fake" from live1 based on a picture and no real backup or expertise on Rolex/Tudor watches. I went to RSC NYC today filled out the form and explained authenticity concerns and interest in purchasing new spring bars to the customer service rep (Shawn). After 45minutes He came back and said "Oscar here are some free spring bars for you, and the watch is authentic; we would never touch a fake watch"
So again before making comments I would advise: 1-have enough back up and knowledge of what you are talking about. 2-even if it is a controversial comment, be mindful on how the message is delivered. This has been somewhat uncomfortable for me, but that's fine. As Adam (Old Expat Beast) said in his last comment let's keep this thread going! Also, again what great service provided by RSC NYC. And you are 100% wrong and owe him an apology. Stick to things you actually know about perhaps and do us all a favor before you cause someone so much unneeded grief.
