Is this an authentic T-bird or a Franken watch?
I've been following this watch on eBay. It's had some horrid feedback which appears caused by the bracelet. I'm not sophisticated enough to supply a eBay link. All I can do is supply the auction number:
262076208765 Does this watch look straight to you guys or is it cobbed-up. I'd appreciate any and all comments. The first buyer, it has been sent back twice for refund, I follow. His feedback indicated a aftermarket bracelet for his negative feedback. The second buyer says "fake" in his negative feedback. I have an extra bracelet and could care less about that issue, it being a Franken watch, I really care about. My concern is it has had two returns and two negative feedbacks. The pictures appear from two different watches to me, but I'm far from an expert. What do you guys think, make an offer or run? Thanks for any advice in advance. Words of wisdom... Buy the seller not the watch.

I have purchased a number of Rolex and Tudor watches on eBay. Over the past 10+ years I have had only two problems, and was able to get my money back on both watches, maybe I was just very lucky. This one appears to have been beat up via feedback and may be able to be purchased for much less than market. I was just looking to the forum for advice to see if, minus the aftermarket bracelet, this watch ( as shown in photos ) when viewed by folks with much more expertise than me appeared to be correct.
I appreciate the feedback received thus far. Thanks, Richard |
