Anyone flipped a SS Daytona for a BLNR?

Has anyone flipped a SS Daytona for a BLNR and not looked back?

I'm on the edge of doing the deed.

The BLNR will become a trio with these two

I didn't flip a Daytona but I did pass on it in favor of the BLNR.
Never thought twice about it.

Based on what you have already I'd flip the 114060 or for a BLNR. It would give you a diver, GMT and chrono.

The 114060 is 100% staying as it's had a custom brushed finished and my go to do anything watch!

And the 116600 is my firm favourite out of all the SS Rolex watches

I know I need a chrono so a long term goal is the RG Ceramic Daytona.

Ok, in that case yes I would...in a heartbeat I prefer the BLNR over the SS Daytona.

I would but not in a straight up trade. I'd want some cash to even things out if I was trading the Daytona for the BLNR.

Not something I would do, but if you want the BLNR and don't mind giving up the Daytona, then why not.

Daytona > BLNR IMO

But if one is singing louder, you know what you gotta do!

NO way! I would not flip the Daytona. Although it does lack the date function, nothing beats it in terms of looks, comfort, and accuracy. The Daytona is simply amazing. The new case designs on the GMT and Sub-C just make me appreciate the thinner lugs on the older models.

I prefer the Daytona over the BLNR.

However, as a flipper, based on your input, I'd most certainly make the flip.

But I'd be sure to put some money in my pocket with that deal

Different mix

I would get rid of either the Sub or Deep Sea and add the BLNR before getting rid of the Daytona.

I flipped mine recently. The Daytona is a much more comfortable watch for everyday wear. BLNR complication much more useful. I am looking back and thinking about flipping the BLNR for a blue dual yachtmaster for the comfort.

I wouldn't flip a Daytona for a BLNR but I would flip the Sub based on your current lineup.

I want a BLNR someday, but wouldn't part with my Daytona for it.
