The right strap size? 22 or 24 mm
I will be receiving my first Panerai tomorrow and I am starting to look at straps.
The Panerai website indicate a 22/24mm straps size for the 233. I am an industrial designer, and 2mm difference in my world is a lot. Which size fits better the 22 or 24mm? My first instinct is to go with 24mm. But I would like to know what you guys think first. Cheers. |

The 233 is 24mm at the lugs. The OEM straps taper from 24mm to 22mm at the buckle, but the correct size if you are looking for more straps is 24mm.
Congrats, the 233 is a beauty!! |

24 (lug)/22 (buckle) for dressier straps (like an OEM gator) and 24/24 for more casual ones.
