New Piece "to me"

Just wanted to ask the great people of this forum for their opinions. I just picked up this watch for 1700 clams. No box or papers. I don't believe the bracelet and end links are original to the watch. The bracelet and clasp have a code from 1995 so says the Internet. Anyway it is off for service which shouldn't cost me anything it stopped running shortly after I got it. My independent serviced it a year or so ago. So he said it would be under a repair warranty. But anyway just wanted to ask what you nice ppl thought of this ol AK from 1979 so says the Internet. Any help as to the dial I read Rolex didn't put precision on some and they did on others. Please help thanx Dominic W.
