What is the best protocol to follow with payment and shipping
such an expensive item?

This is my first time selling an expensive watch on the web.

I dont think anyone here will give you any advice on this, nobody wants to be responsible if something goes wrong!
Best way to learn is look at the ads of the best sellers here, it will tell you all you need to know!
