thoughts on this one

Trying to avoid Ebay and CL if possible, but does not seem to be practical to completely ignore Ebay. Looking for my first and only rolex (have been TAG and Swiss Army So to that end I am looking at this one on ebay. I am really looking for a GTM and kind of a knock around one at that. Don't care all that much if something small is aftermarket as I will be wearing it hard and makes no sense to pay for "premium" cosmetics when that will lost in use, but don't want a collection of spare parts jumbled together into something resembeling a watch either. Thinking that maybe I can find something well used, but solid and respectable for daily wear like that for the $3,500 to 4k my young family budget will allow. So to that end, what are your thoughts on this...seems like a legit seller, but what is up with the dial? Thanks and hope being new here I posted this in the correct spot.
