GMT IIC Available at AD in Central New Jersey

Hi Guys,

I'm pretty new to this forum, so I'm not sure if it's customary to do this, but I was at Frederic Goodman in Summit, NJ today. I popped in to take a look at some watches and I spotted a brand spanking new GMT IIC. The AD said that they had the watch for a week already and nobody had bought it yet. So if any of you live nearby and are looking for a new GMT IIC there's one available there. I rather have a WIS get the watch than some guy (or girl) who won't appreciate it.

I believe those watches are in stock in many AD's. Most stores I have been to, especially in smaller markets, tend to have these in stock now. It was much more difficult to get when they first appeared. Harder to find the recently retired GMTIIs.

It's the SS, right? Chance of getting a discount?

PS.: Welcome to TRF!

X2. I've seen them with more and more regularity. Also seem to be readily available in the pre-owned market as well.

X3...the huge jack up with the last price increase has not helped either.

Last price increase was March 1st. The SS GMT went from $5,950 to $6,825. Great page to see the history on pricing is right here: http://www.minus4plus6.com/PriceEvolution.htm
