The Sub! Truly iconic, copied by everyone, the ultimate tool watch. The no-date model is so clean and beautiful. Old beat up ones, new ceramic ones, they all ring the same: the real deal.

But I also have to say Oyster Perpetual, too, maybe since I just bought one but also because it's as iconic and tested as the Sub. The essential Rolex. Looks like a dress watch but tougher than most people's dive watches. Been up Everest. Been on the wrists of guys in oilfields, mines, machine shops -- all sorts of places, ticking away unpretentiously for years.
