OK so Sheik Abdul pays his $1.6M and wears it to his next backyard BBQ.
His mate Ahab, who only paid $200K for his diamond encrusted PP looks at it and says "Tatty looking watch, Mate". Abdul says "Settle down Pal, it was worn on the Moon!" Ahab says "Yeah Ab, in your dreams". You'd need to wear the Statutory Declaration as well.
