what does you think of it Pros vs. Cons would be much appreciated?

is it a good buy movement with 36000 beats? what is the main difference vs. 28000 beats?

I love the movement. The 36000 bph makes for a smoother second hand (almost like Seiko Spring Drive, but not quite). The downside is that they say it'll need service more often- not sure if that is true.

It gives meaning to the seconds graduations on the sub dial.

I have a Zenith watch with the El Primero movement, and it had to be serviced within a year after I purchased it for a number of issues that I can't remember now, but one of them was the chrono hands not resetting consistently. The watch came back and a few years later, the same problem has come back, and the date doesn't change until 3am (probably because I adjusted the date or time improperly at some point). I still have the watch because it was my first nice watch, and I'll be keeping it, but based on my personal experience, the El Primero movement is somewhat fragile and not as reliable as say, the Rolex 4130 movement.

I have a chronograph only collection which includes a PAM 121 with an EP movement. So far zero problems. While any watch from any brand can have a problem, I'd say that the fact that it remains widely used since the invention of automatic chronographs is a testament to its durability and excellent track record.
