IWC Nonsense

They are awful. Purchased a rubber strap from them over the phone. They promised over night but took four days. When I called they said it had been send but when i received it it showed a shipping date after my call. I paid for next day because I needed it to go on vacation. Of course that didn't work out! They I returned it because it was DOA. Took three weeks and still no refund. Had to call New York and even that took 4 days just to talk to anyone that could do anything. Even that resulted in waiting another two week for my refund. A month and a half wait for a refund with them having the strap and my money. What a joke!
