Anyone own both the 372 AND the 422?
Just thinking that whenever my 372 goes in for service I might pick up a new watch. I had a hard time deciding between the 372 and 422 initially with the 372 winning out. But is it crazy to own both at the same time since they are both similar?

I also have 372 and I would go maybe with radiomir in 47mm instead of 422 because they are very similar

I have a 422 and am getting te itch for another watch. I'm looking at Rads in 45 or 47 so I can share straps.

Ive got a 422 and have come really close to picking up a 372. Seen some really good deals on used pieces recently. At the same time I really like the 1940 radiomir models too. Tough choice!

I suspect that you are trying to rationalize owning both the 372 and 422. Guess what? There's absolutely nothing wrong with that idea. Au contraire.
The 422 doesn't just differentiate itself from the 372 because of the second hand; it also has a sapphire crystal, adds the cool MARINA script and also uses the P3001 with the PR indicator. If you want a watch that stays close to home but is different enough, the 422 would definitely be it. (the picture is not mine) |
