Scratched Glass GMT

Good Evening to all hope your well.

I've just got back my GMT (plastic glass) and have got a faint mark on the glass gutted.
Is it possible to polish it out with something.

Thanks In Advance

Best Regards Paul

Try a product called polywatch. Works great. I've heard brasso also works well, as well as toothpaste. I havn't tried those though.

Mike, will you have a look at my other thread about dating my watch, after seeing all those GMT's think you would be a man in the know.

Best Regards Paul

Polywatch works wonders... you can find it online quite easily. It's very inexpensive as well. The acrylic crystals are easy to scratch... they require MUCH more care than the newer sapphire cystals. Acrylics look MUCH cooler though!

Best of luck with removing the scratch in the crystal!

You can get the mentioned "PolyWatch" paste from Otto Frei.
