hi there,

Thought I will share this and seek your opinion on how this piece will span out down the road. This is 16622 YM but with the latest blue dial. As we all know, the latest blue dial reference number is 116622, not the 16622. The bracelet is also the previous version but this is a G series serial number.

In the past, rolex used to have "transitional" model, limited run hence alot of interest in these model. For my case, it was issued in HK but I am not sure if this is also available elsewhere.

Fyi, I had this authenticated and verified in RSC.

Are you purchasing it as brand new from an AD or pre owned?

I bought it pre own, totally unworn from a local reputable reseller.

Unique and cool but I doubt it (or any modern Rolex) is collectible

Its not unique in any way, being unique means there is only one,G single letter serials were released latter part of 2010, around the same time as the so called random just Rolex using up old cases nothing more.
