What do you mean by "Open Name Warranty"?

that means the warranty card has not been filled out so that you can put "your" name on it as the original owner.

I can understand a request for better pictures if we are talking about
a used or slightly used watch, unfortunately my picture taking ability is
at best poor, but it does not really matter how good my photographic ability is,
here we have an absolutely BRAND NEW Rolex Submariner,
there is not room for undescribed surprises about the condition and quality of this watch,
BRAND SPANKING NEW means just that.
I would say that it is in a beter condition than a watch displayed in a Rolex shop's
window display as they have to put it in and out every day.
it is untouched, and unworn still in the factory shipping protective plastics.
