I think I've had mine done once. I'll have to check with my AD. I don't think the whole watch went in. I got it back and there were marks on the case back. Haven't noticed anything wrong with my watch. who knows... Don't know why I gave it to them to clean when they offered. I hardly wear the watch anyway. I won't do it again.
