Help me choose between Deepsea or Submariner

Hey guys, I've got that 'need' for a new piece.
I currently have a Sub Hulk, a GMT Batman and a Tudour Blackbay Blue.
I was looking for something a bit more dressy and nearly bought a SubC two tone Bluesy, love that sunburst dial!
Then I tried a Deepsea d-blue, wow what a watch, but £1.5k more.
Now I can't decide, please help

Not sure I would consider the DSSD Blue a "dressier" watch... Amazing piece though.

If you want something more dressy try a dj.
You already have 3 sports watches.

Yeh I know but can't get over the smaller crown on the DJ.
And on my 8 1/2" wrist it just feels small.

Hmmm...well...if you're looking for something a little more 'dressy' -- out of those I would go with the TT Bluesy --- BUT --- having said that...there is something very special about the DSSD.

It has some serious wrist presence, and for me got A LOT of attention when people would see mine....it can't help to stand out, but not sure I would say it is 'dressy'...

...then again...I honestly think that you can wear just about ANY reference with shorts and a golf shirt to a tux...so...

just my .02

good luck!!!

TT bluesy would Bemydd vote out of the two short of getting them both.

No really stuck on dressy, it's just I recently sold a TT Aqua Terra as I was not wearing it much and thought I needed another goldy watch. But then again would I wear a Bluesy, work attire is just shirt and chinos, don't do suits much.

Now I've writen it down I think I 'need' this!

mmmmm..... why not try a watch without a functional bezel? dressier (to me anyways) would mean non-sport model. you've got a great sport watch collection whenever you want to switch it up.

maybe a milgauss, dj2 or check the sofa for £1.5k and get the dssd.

Tough decision, to be sure. I think I would go with the Deapsea. That is, if money were not an issue.

Definitely give the SD4000 a look, I'd go that direction over either.

A DSSD and Sub could coexist just fine in any collection so the answer is BOTH!

I've never really liked the "Original Gas Escape Valve Ring Lock System" writing. It just seems kind of tacky and out of place on such a beautiful watch. I understand that its a tool watch, but you don't have to write "Tool Watch" all over the watch to show that its a good tool watch.

The reality is that the text on the Ringlock is not noticeable in real life. Especially when just glancing at the time.
It's just that it pops out in photos and as a consequence the promotional material.

Owned a DSSD now own the Divers Diver SubC. The Deepsea looks great but it's big even on my 7 1/2 wrists. Sits very very high too so it's prone to knocks unless you look after it.
As you have a Sub date and a BB blue get something that isn't a diver but if you really must get the simple sub with no date for the purist in you
