Hello friends
Anyone know how you can access a official list price of Panerai watches in Europe updated in 2016? Thank you. |

You won't get the full VAT back, but a good portion of it. There is a website out there that tells you VAT by country and what foreigners get back. Try searching it out.
By claiming VAT refund you will have to declare upon entry to USA.
