Closest we (wifey and I) got to Cancun was Cozumel in 89'. Had to take two weeks off from work so we spent a week between Cozumel and Merida, then the 2nd week we spent at Cayman Brac

As an aside, the reason we chose to spend a week in Cayman Brac and not Grand Cayman, we wanted some quiet time. At the time I was working as a beer salesman in the lower Fla. Keys. One of my accounts, the bar/rest. at the golf course #Pete Dye designed# just north of Key West, I had mentioned to the bartender there while making a call on them, that we wanted to get away somewhere quiet. He asked if I dove #scuba#. "No" was my reply and so he went on to say that the only people that go to Cayman Brac are divers, and if you want to spend some time at a place where everyone is gone #diving# all the time, that is the place to get away from it all

The thought really appealed to me, and Mrs. Jake. It was just like he said...the resort we stayed at ffered morning dives, lunch dives, dinner dives, everyone was basically diving all of the time and we had the place to ourselves. And here I am wearing a dive watch #114060# and I don't dive

it's not that I don't want to learn how to dive, rather my asthma precludes me from partaking in that pastime. Eh!, I get to wear a dive watch none the less

Took it out for a spin in the backyard, can't wait for a great dinner date with the wife this weekend. Thank you all. Fell right at home here in this forum. Now for the next pick up ?!?!

Yes and it was from Ultra... A+ service the whole way. Just keep in mind if you chose to visit Ultra beware of the LV store next door, the wife will do damage! Can't wait to make it back next year, have a great day!
