No, never. Doesn't look legit to me. Lunar zodiac animals suggest Asian origin.

The monarchs I find are in general quartz powered. I agree the bezel insert is highly suspect.

What exactly is that bezel supposed to do, tell you what year it is in Chinese zodiac?

Image searches turn up a few other "Tudor 38083" models like this. I'd never heard of a non-quartz Monarch before, either.

Edit: Kwaiyan Watch seems to be selling one, and they have multiple brick & mortar locations.

I have seen a few of these with white dials also. The ref. is 38083. If they are legit they must have been for the Asian market.????
