Vintage in Paris?
My family is going to Paris in July. There will be a shopping day around Printemps and Galeries Lafayette? Any tips on vintage watches in the area? If I buy something, what do I need to know about VAT and customs? I'd love to find a good deal on a dress watch - something that looks like a Breguet 5177 or a Lange 1815, simple, few complications, three hands.

The article by Hodinkee is very information. When I was in Paris this past September I only stumbled past one pre-owned dealer. Definitely will check out the ones mentioned by Hodinkee when I go back.

I saw a vintage shop when I was in Paris last February but it was in the 6th I believe. It was next to a purse store my fiancée did some damage in. I'll look on google maps and try and find it.
