$1250- 1950 Clebar Valjoux 72 full box set with papers

Priced to move! Up for sale is a beautiful rare example of an original 1950 Clebar Valjoux 72-Triple Register-Reference 4524 Complete Box/Papers set. Comes with original Box with reference and price sticker,instruction booklet, inner box, outer shell and Guarantee papers. This piece was in a safe most of its life and is in overall excellent condition. CASE: All original, shows very minimal signs of wear. Never polished! Nice beveled lugs in amazing condition. Overall excellent condition. Case is 34mm w/o the crown, 37mm with the crown, and 18mm between the lugs. Serial numbers are crisp and well defined on the caseback: Serial number 388512 circa 1950. Case Back is stamped with the serial #, with engraved Clebar Patented Insignia. DIAL/HANDS: Original Excellent condition dial. Tritium on the hr markers show patina developing. Original matching tritium hands are stunning. All age and patina spread evenly throughout. CROWN/CHRONO: Original crown sits flush with case and sets/winds perfectly. Chrono function works crisp. MOVEMENT: Recently serviced and keeping excellent time, 17 Jewel Valjoux 72 running strong. Original acrylic plexi with very minimal wear. Plenty of World Wide references here and other watch forums and feel free to ask any questions. Will come mounted on the ivory strap shown. Plenty of additional photos just email me.
