She's back from the spa...

After the off and on problem with my 44mm stopping intermittently, I sent it to Clearwater after their new year break for service.

The chrono module was replaced as that's what was causing it to stop. I opted for the light polish, and she came back this afternoon good as new.

Very cool, excuse my lack of knowledge but if I understand correctly when you give an or or ROO for service they need to replace the screws on the bezel, whatever their state because every time a member gave the list of changed parts here there were always the screws with the service, did I get that right or am I mistaking?

Wow...it does look brand new! Enjoy having it back on your wrist.

I just sent one of my ROOs off to Clearwater today. I hate dropping watches off at FedEx but I know it's in good hands at APSC.

For God’s sake, will you please stop ascribing a gender to an inanimate lump of metal!
You’re supposed to be grown men, although I’m beginning to highly doubt that with some of you.

Not sure about this, the service papers did not have an itemized list. It just said the Chrono module was replaced.

Screws are replaced only when necessary.

PJ, remember when you were a kid you collected figurines, mine were Star Wars, cars, teddy bears, aetc, well the only things which changed is that now we collect watches, women, and cars, I only collect the 2first, as I don't care about cars, just bikes, so to answer your question, of course none of us here are grown men, every women knows that, and that's where they're really tricky, making us believe that we are and we're either too stupid or too egocentric enough to understand it's BS...

Hahahahahahahaha excellent, I refer to something else as "my precious" even though in Russian it sounds different "моя прелесть"

No, Brian's reply was perfectly executed – you’ve misunderstood the subtle simplicity of it.
