Rolex Magazine #5
Hello everyone,
I went to NYC the other day, actually I go often since I'm close by. I went to six different Rolex Dealers. No one had The Rolex Magazine Issue #5. Two of the dealers didn't know what I was talking about. One stated that they are given as gifts after a watch sale. Even though I was wearing my President. Has anyone found the new issue yet? Can I call Rolex and request one? I need the new Issue 5 and Issue 3. Thanks for your help. Fred |

Ebay is the best spot i think. My AD gave me all 5 and says that #6 is coming out within the next month or two

They're mainly marketing dreck...photos / interviews with "ambassadors" and what not but sure, give Rolex a call. Or try dialing up more ADs. I'm sure someone has a pile of them.

I have #5, I got it with my Rolex in Hong Kong.
Any idea if there's an issue with DSSD or DSSD D-blue already ? Thanks!

considering the price of modern-day Rolexes, the company should simply send owners a copy of this magazine...at least for the duration of their warranty period.
last time I checked, Rolex was a non-profit corporation as spelled out by the Wilsdorf Foundation following the passing of his wife. mailing new Rolex owners something as basic as a periodic magazine would be an easy tax write-off & promote additional sales...plus folks wouldn't have to go scrounging around for them. being old school...didn't even know that a Rolex magazine existed although it would probably make for some interesting reading. |

Picked one up at Martin Jewelers in Cranford. Lots of coverage of the Yachtmasters, nautical themes, and where to buy in Italy. First issue I've read, not bad.

I'll be back in Europe this week for Basel, there is an abundance of issue 5 there, if anyone needs it let me know and I'll bring them back home and ship to you...
