Sir Alan Sugar The Apprentice.
I can't say that I watch too much TV these days, but The Apprentice is one of my highlights of the week. I am starting to like this programme.
Now, I'm fully aware that we only get to see a 45 minute edited version of the tasks, followed by a 15 minute edited version of Alan's (I would NEVER call him Sir) summery of it, and that the main objective of it all is to make a TV programme, rather than provide Alan with a dream executive, with a 6 figure salary, but it's still compulsive viewing none the less. How the fek did he sack Mani this week? Out of all of them, Mani was the one I would have thought would have gone through to the final stages??!!.Perhaps it was his, aggression, intolerance, incoherence and lack of communication, he revealed his true character last night.Something he could have done far more succinctly by dropping his trousers and pulling his cheeks apart. Let's face it, they're all thick buggers that couldn't launch a balloon in a helium factory, but out of all of them, I thought Mani might have gone through to the final stages. What amazes me about this programme, is the fact that they are so bloody utterly and amazingly stupid and incoherent at absolutely everything they are asked to do. Is big business really run like this? I think not. It's simply the X factor format put into a business environment. Amateurs being asked to do a professional job. As a TV programme, it works with total excellence. Top marks for the clever bugger who came up with the format. But as a business model...god help us I know nothing about big business, and even if I did, no way on this bloody God forsaken earth, would anyone hire one of those ars#h#les. __________________
