But - outside of that, I'd buy any model since it's worth knowing what wearing every model is like.
It's funny I kept a non working lawnmower for many years. He finally got married and moved out.

A lot can change in 4 years (since I said that)...

Now the trick is finding a new lawnmower that won’t move-in...

Very similar to the OP. What I avoid for watches I intend to wear:

-Yachtmaster II
-Anything on a jubilee bracelet
-Anything on a strap
-Cellini
-Anything smaller than 36 mm
-Anything with a diamond dial

Both among my favourites. I would never wear a ceramic model, to me not nice at all. Especially the Sub, with those big square lugs. And nothing two-toned or any Skydweller.

- No TT anything...
- Nothing without date
- Definitely no YM II
- No Milguass
- No more yellow gold

I can't say that the Milgauss, the Yachtmaster, the Daytona, the Explorer II, the Skydweller, or the Air King appeal to me.

Now, if any one of those happened to fall out of the sky and land in my pocket, I'm not saying I'd send it back. Rather, I won't be buying any of those models for myself. And, of course, no disrespect intended towards anyone who favors those models.

That is the reason that I would never buy the Daytona, Milgaus, Explorer, new Air King, Submariner ND and YM II.

Yes, you have a point, but the YM II really hurts...

DAYTONA

For me (perhaps only me)
- Too small
- No date
- Dials hard to read
- Chrono with screw in pushers not useable

YMII -- no need for the functionality, do not care for the looks
Sky Dweller -- no need for the functionality, do not care for the looks
Sea Dweller -- too large and heavy for me
Deep Sea -- too large and heavy for me
Pearlmaster -- do not care for the look

SkyDweller & DSSD - too big for my wrist
Cellini - too dressy

The rest I can see myself wearing/owning them at some point.
