Reading this thread I'm excited! Going to drop my 15202 off there tomorrow for the two year service.

3 hours!!?? Maybe I should have the wife drop me off instead of accompanying me.

They were very accommodating and the tour was very interesting. Even for my girlfriend who is less interested in watches than me. She enjoyed it quite a bit.
