Micro Fiber Cleaning cloths?

Hi All -

Stupid question. I just received my new Date-just 2 in the mail yesterday and there was no cleaning cloth in the box? What's up with this? Is Rolex getting stingy with these? They make so much money but they can't throw one in the box with all new watches! Weird to me?

Do you actually need one? I don't think that I've ever even used one from the box provided to me. They don't come with it anymore.

simple solution/alternative....just stop by your local optician & ask for one of those soft felt lens cleaning cloths.

As an alternative, use Zeiss Pre-Moistened Lens Cleaning Wipes.

If Rolex stopped packing the Rolex embossed cloth, then that represents a very non-Rolex approach to providing a particular level of impeccability.

Sure the cloth I got never left my Rolex's factory shipment box 5 years later, but the truth is the 'savings' is an embarrassment after establishing that this has been part of the Rolex corporate desire to provide a new watch experience.

For 50 cents of product? Really ?

Disappointing Rolex. Hope you are monitoring TRF.
