help...1803 date change issue

my 1803 just back from RSC for spa with both date and day wheel changed 2 weeks ago...
but tonight i surprisingly find that the date wheel only change 50% at midnight...then change another 50% at around 3-4am...
should i bring it back to RSC again?

If it only fully clicks over when the hour hand passes over it? Could be a bad date jumper

So the question is if my original date wheel is in English, will they swap with a Chinese one?

If I had the Chinese wheels I'd never have to set them again! Wouldn't make any difference lol.
