Anyone moved from a 15300 to a 15202, curious on your thoughts in the change.

I'm considering letting my black dial 15300 go to pick one up. It seems a bit redundant to keep both, but I know the 15300s are getting harder to find.

I would say so, but only if you can live with the last of second hand and date quick change. 15202 is where the magic is, IMO.

I've had similar thoughts. I would say yes even though I love my 300's white dial and would be tough for me to let that one go.

I'll go against the grain. Is the 202 amazing--of course. However, giving up a 15300 today would be a tough thing for me to do.

I wouldn't let go of a black dial 15300...and that's coming from someone who loves their 202. It's harder and harder to find a nice 300.

for me, no....the extra cost + losing the 15300 (seconds hand especially) would be too steep a price to pay.

i would imagine sourcing the 15300 blue dial would be less expensive. but, if you want "the original", then, there is no substitute.

I say do it. The 15202 is sleeker but the 15300 is sportier with the thicker case. If you want a more refined version of the 15300 then look at the 15305.

Tough call mate - I prefer the 15202, but the 15300 is becoming a real collector....maybe shift another piece in your collection to keep both?

I'm thinking that may be a better idea too, then I can make a real decision once I have both in hand.

Oh with the blue dial I think it is quite exciting, saw it in real and they are amazing, with the PP 5711/5712 it is the most amazing SS blue dialed watch ever...

As funny as it is, they fit rather differently too so I think if one works perfectly for you the other may not. This was the case for me and why I went 15300. That and I just can't get over the "fragile" feeling of the 202 - sacrilege I know....

I looked at blue dialed versions of both and bought the 15300. On the 15202 I didn't like the lack of second hand, and at the time the deployment felt cheap and "tinny" though I think on the newer versions that's changed. No regrets with the decision, and would repeat the same decision if it came around again.
