Is the dial on the white C-Daytona as white as the polar Exp Ii?
I saw a post om another forum stating that it was silverish?

To my eyes, no. But that could be an optical illusion since there's so much more white going on with the Expl. II.
The paint could have the same code but the Daytona has less white real estate due to subdials. But the Daytona is not silverish. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Daytona looks true white in color. Not silver tone.

True about general pics shown here or elsewhere since exposure and temperature of the reflected light yields different results. With a cool blue lamp and underexposed you could get a grey dialed Expl. II If you want a better reference to judge for yourself, go directly to the source- an AD with one of each on display. Second option is to head over to Rolex.com and pull up side by side browser windows, one for Expl. II and one for Daytona. Then zoom in on each to get a closer look.
