What breed of dogs do you have?

I have a westie laso mix, rottie and mastiff. I typically like dogs better than people.

Currently have a shepherd/malinois mix. Also had a lab. I second your thought on liking dogs more than people. I've found very few dogs I don't like. People, not so much.

A St. Bernard named Butcher. He is 8.

And a year and a half old standard poodle named Rosie. She is insane. This is how we watch tv now.

I have a female Chiwenie and a male Maltese. Sweetpea
and Frosty. They are both turning 14 years old in August and September respectively. They are the definition of unconditional love. As been said above I love them, but only tolerate most people!

We have a Westie at the moment.

I say moment because he is 17 and the I old guy is deaf and blind.

Still happy though.

A pix when he was a youngster.

Chaps

I am 67 years of age and retired. In the past my wife and I have had a succession of dogs, including 4 Bulldogs, a Jack Russel and finally a King Charles Spaniel who died a few years ago. All of these dogs were fantastic and we still often talk about them.

When we both retired, we agreed that we wanted to see more of the world before we went to meet our maker, so we now travel abroad for about 24 weeks every year. It has been a brilliant experience as we have been to Europe, Asia, America and Africa. One day we may have to call a halt to it when old age eventually creeps up on us.

The one downside of this type of lifestyle is that we cannot keep a dog and it is something we both regret. I really do envy those of you who have a dog running around the house.

Regards

Mick
