So don't worry about size here...
My vote is ROO.

Really? I'm in a similar camp and never even bothered trying on the 44, even though I think they look fantastic.

Can you post pics when it arrives? I'm darn curious hah!

Incoming tomorrow... Had to wait for smaller strap to arrive.
Here is the shot at the AD on Sat...(below)

I know and trust the people at this AD...
And all of them loved the way it looked.
I do as well. Yes it has some wrist presence, but this watch is supposed to.
The key is the supple, comfortable diver strap and the way it hugs the wrist with the pin buckle perfectly.

Also check out this video of Tim at Watchuwant trying on a 44rg. Same dimensions as my watch.
His wrists are the same size as mine and you can visually see its not
too big.

I vote 26470. My wrist is also about 6.5" and I am in the process of hunting down a ROO right now too. I have tried them all on, and the 42mm ROO felt and looked better on me than the 15400.

Looking at your photos, the 42mm ROO looks great on you.

Wrist shots have a tendency to make all watches look too big. Like you've noted, they look entirely different from a distance. For example, this watch looks okay in the first pic, but same watch looks a little too big in the second pic.

Dave.

You are spot on! Those pictures make the watch seem to big for me. Maybe it is, but I can assure you that it felt about right when I was wearing them and the sales said i can sport both of them well with my build and wrist size.

I do think the ROO hugs my wrist better due to the rubber bracelet but although I love the looks of it, the ROO bracelet is an instant classic and the fully in house 3120 movement is a plus.

You really should. My wrists are around 6.7 inches and I thought the 44 would be too big as well as I had a 42 before when my wrists were 7 inches, but it doesn't feel that different to a 42 really, and assuming you want the sporty ROO to fill your wrist then it might be OK. This pic is still a little close for an accurate showing but it still looks OK.

Thanks and will do so. My 15300 needed another servicing (sadface) so when it gets back to the boutique will take the opportunity to try it on. Suspect it will still be too big for me but eager to find out if not!

I stand corrected

Going back to AD today and walking around with the ROO 44 Anthracite, it is too big for me. I love the watch, but it bordered on being uncomfortable because I have strange thin rectangular wrists.
Only other AP I was interested in for now was the Jumbo and they didn't have one. 15400 was too big also, 15300 was better, but I like the images I have seen of the Jumbo.
So I am still in the hunt for one more watch. Not going to rush it.

BTW , I have 6.3-6.4 inch wrists...

44rg looks good on you Neil as long as its comfortable.

Hard to say, you don't have a small wrist but based on pics you seem to have a very round and the best is when it's flat, to be honest both seem a tight big, not sure but I would try to see a 15202 or try a 15300, but again it's you who's buying so your decision...

Sorry to hear that, as I too am a small wristed fellow interested in that particular ROO... Mine are about 6.7 though, so perhaps thats enough to tip the scale.

But it seems the only way to be sure is to try it on for real. Hopefully I will have the opportunity in a few days.

^^ Yes definitely try on and walk around the store as long as they will let you.
Look in the mirror as much as possible close and near.
I love the design, but just a tad big for me and I could feel a slight discomfort after 15-20 minutes on my wrist.

Honestly I think it's way too big. I think you can get by with the 15400, but the ROO is pushing it too far. But then again... It ain't my $$$

15202 is top and this is coming from a 15300 owner. The 15202 RG is really something special as well...
