Wrist size (inchs) and your watch size (cms)

I thought of doing a cross section a survey on wrist size and your most comfortable watch size. This is mainly to assess what our members are comfortable wearing in terms of watch size.
Thank you

6.3 inch wrist and 40mm ideal watch size. It of course depends on the watch model and the strap/bracelet used. Black (ceramic, forged carbon, PVD, DLC) watches also look smaller, so I have no problem wearing a 43-44mm black watch.

7 3/4" wrist size. 44mm sits about perfect. Dropping below 40mm looks quite small proportionally. Some variance dependent upon shape and size of the lugs/case.

I have a 7.25 wrist and regularly wear watches from 32mm to 42mm. Just one cm variation.

Wrist shape is also a factor, a watch will look larger on a round wrist than a flat wrist. Mine is flat at 6¾", I prefer 37 to 41mm watches.

eight and a quarter inch wrist ,,,, seem to be happy with 36mm , explorer 1 at the moment but i need to find a link and a half extra , may occasionally venture up to a 38mm but 5510 is a wee bit thick , so maybe its not the size , maybe its all in the thickness ,,, but im sure weve all heard that before

7.5" quite flat wrist. 40mm is perfect. 42 feels slightly big, 36 now feels small. (I wish the new DJ had been around 38/39mm).

Bout 6 1/4. Wore 40mm sport Rolex watches for years. With help of DTwatches, I found a lovely Tudor Submariner 75090. 36mm and loving it.

7.75". Watches run from 40-44mm, with 42mm being the sweet spot. Almost always wear watches with sleeves rolled up or short sleeves. Under a cuff, I find size to be less of an issue, and will wear a reverso ultra thin or 38mm VC and it looks fine.

7 3/4 inch wrist and flat.
Feel comfortable up to 42 but watches sized in the mid 30's can start to look a little lost.

7.3 inch bony wrist. 40mm vintage is my sweet spot but the Pelagos at 42 wears nice because of the case shape.
Case shape and case back more important than size on my wrist. Vintage wear better on me because of the flatter backs.
Been dress watch shopping and 36mm wears to small for my current taste. Need to try some 39mm dress watches.
