Is this the same as the 1680/8. I have a gold submariner 1680/8
(purchased in 1974) in for service at the Rolex Service Center in Dallas. I am considering replacing the bracelet at a cost of $14700. Do you have any idea for how long Rolex can continue to service this 1575 caliper?

They still produce parts so no problem at all
