4498 vs 4332 differences

Beyond the obvious cosmetic differences (dial, hands, lugs) what's the differences between these two references?

Are they "related"?

Is the 4432 just the 18kt gold version of the 4498?

AFAIK, they appear to be of the same period (roughly). Do they have the same movement?

I've seen a beautiful one with a "star dial" (small pic). Are these star dials really an authentic thing? Or are these after market using kits like this?

I'm really curious about these references and any knowledge/history the vintage swamis might be able to share.

Thanks

As you said they are quite different, hence the different ref. numbers...Probably the movement is similar though.

The star dials are real if they are real. Not sure about that one but they did make them.

All of these watches use a 700 with a big movement ring.

Here is an Uber Rare 30's of mine.

Pink Gold dial with a two tone yellow and pink 18k case.
