5513 Help and Advise

I feel close to dipping into another bit vintage with a 5513 so a couple of questions which I am sure you good fellows could help with.

Firstly, I think the watch may have a service insert. Could anyone point me to which dial a '69 ft first would have.

Secondly I cannot seem to get a real answer on which bracelet the watch of had. 7206, 6636 or 9315.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
