Owners of Everest Bands, please chime in!
I've been looking at the Rubber Everest Band since before I owned a Rolex. I have had my 114060 Sub for awhile now and I really want to pull the trigger on one, specifically ones that use the Rolex clasp (love the glide lock).
I have seen people who get a Everest Band or Rubber B, praise it, then end up switching to the oyster band after. I am looking for opinons on those who have owned one and specifically kept it on for feedback. Or those who have owned and switched back and forth. I mainly want to make the watch as comfortable as possible since I wear it pretty much 24/7. My work attire is very casual so dressing up is rare for me. I appreciate any and all feedback. Thank you! |

I bought one and it's not for me. Extending to the end links looks unnatural and the design is subpar. Generally, I dislike using non OEM components.
I would recommend the Rolex oysterflex rubber strap for comfort and design. |

I have the Everest rubber strap that uses the OEM deployant clasp, and I love it. It's the perfect mixture of dressy/sporty for me on my Explorer, and to me the best of both worlds. I still use a leather strap / perlon / bracelet for work during the week however, but for the most part is stays on rubber for the weekend.

Have the Everest on the ceramic Sub and Rubber B on the Everose 'tona and prefer the Everest band due to being a more comfortable, softer material.

Bought an Everest for my 16570 from PJ at AtlantisWatches in Tustin. A lot of choices but went with the standard black w/tang buckle. Seems softer that the RubberB I used on my Daytona.

Bought one. Fantastic quality and looks great. That being said I keep my sub in the bracelet 99.9% of the time.

I love mine! Switch it back and forth. I have the Everest Blue rubber so it goes well on my 116613LB and 16710 with pepsi insert.

I have one with the tang buckle, absolutely love it. Very comfortable, I do not find myself fiddling with the watch as much as I do when it is on the bracelet.
I went tang because I wanted to switch back and forth more often and a bit quicker. I also wanted the option for as little flash as possible at times, and I feel the generic tang offers that more than using my Glidelock. All that said, I've only owned my watch for two weeks and had it on the bracelet for 3-4 days. The more pics I see of Subs on their bracelets, the more I want to put mine back on for a few days. Knowing how much I like rubber straps, I ordered the Everest the same day I put the deposit down on the watch. |

I've owned both Rubber B and Everest but I prefer Everest because I found their rubber to be softer and more comfortable. I switch from oyster bracelet to Everest strap very often on my BLNR and Sub C to keep things fresh and fight the urges to buy another watch

I bought an Everest strap a few years ago for my 14060M, wore it a few times but stopped after that. Just couldn't get it to wear comfortably. Now it's just NATO, leather and of course the original bracelet for me.

White Rubber Everest on Sub LV
I've had mine for about two weeks and I really like it. I have the white rubber with the regular tang buckle. I was getting tired of my oyster getting scratched up on my desk at work. I'm sure I'll change it back eventually and go back and forth but for now it's a nice change.

I've had my Everest strap for a few months now, and i can say for me it's so much more comfortable than the Oyster bracelet (and the Oyster is already comfortable in the first place) I do end up swapping now and then but my daily wear is the Everest.

I've had both Everest and Rubber B they're both good and I wouldn't say I prefer one over the other. I do like you said tend to go back to the bracelet a lot. I like having different looks once in awhile. You won't be disappointed with either an Everest or Rubber B to be honest.

Thank you guys so much!
I think I will go ahead and order the Everest. I find the Oyster Bracelet the best bracelet I have owned on a watch, but something a little lighter would be awesome. All the insight is much appreciated |

Well, I ordered the band Weds night (midnight i think?) and got it on Saturday. Finally got the chance to install it today, and I love it. It makes an already comfortable watch, extremely comfortable. Love having the stock clasp and super soft rubber.
It also came with a hand written note from the president of the company. Excellent purchase! Thanks again everyone! |

I enjoy wearing my Rubber B tang buckle, love its comfort and look especially in hot and humid conditions. My choice of tang buckle is because I prefer not scratching the Rolex clasp.
In my next purchase it will be an Everest strap, for the sake of comparing an alternative product, and also because Everest includes a set of spring bars with their straps. Indeed I am after this extra free gift.

Damnit guys! Just once I'd like to come here and not be tempted to buy something.
Anyone know if one of these straps works on both my Sub and Exp II (both Z serials)?

I have one (that uses OEM Clasp) and I think it's great. People say the Rubber B one is a bit more slicker tho as it drops straight down from the lugs so hugs the wrist more compared to the Everest which curve around the wrist and if your wrist is quite small, there are some noticable gaps.
